Thank you for purchasing your holiday with Co-operative Travel. We're here to assist you in every way to make your journey as stress-free as possible. Our customer support team are real people operating from our Midlands based call centre, we're here everyday 9am-6pm. When you call us, please have the following information ready to hand:

  • Lead Name
  • File Reference Number (Booking reference)
  • Lead Passenger Postcode / DOB

 

 

Customer Support Team

If you are a retail branch customer, calls are being temporarily diverted to our ‘Virtual Call Centre’ you can amend your booking and make a payment. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, with regards to existing holiday plans or indeed your future holiday plans (when some normality hopefully returns very soon) by calling your local branch number or by calling;

Payments - to make a payment:

1. For bookings made before 26 January 2020 online or over the phone - Click Here

2. For bookings made after 26 January 2020 onwards online or over the phone - Call 01922 218 006

If you would like to make a payment towards your outstanding balance, or if you need to provide Advanced Passenger Information, you'll find all the relevant details on our API page. The online payment option is only available to customers who booked a holiday with us online or over the phone. If your booking was made through a branch, please contact your branch directly to make payments. If you selected the option to pay for your holiday by installments, any payments you make above will automatically reduce the amount of your future payments
