Your ship departs promptly at 19.00, so we recommend arriving at least 2-3 hours early to smoothly navigate check-in and boarding. All ship amenities are open and ready, so kickstart your vacation with a refreshing drink or a delicious snack.

Arrive in Akureyri at 08.00. Depart at 19.00

Known as the Capital of North Iceland, Akureyri is the country's second largest city and one of its most important fishing ports. This laid-back Nordic city combines a vibrant café culture, excellent dining, and a lively atmosphere with easy access to some of Iceland's most spectacular natural wonders. Explore the city's renowned Botanical Gardens, visit the dramatic lava formations of Dimmuborgir, and discover the geothermal landscapes of Namafjall, where bubbling mud pools and steaming fumaroles showcase Iceland's volcanic power. You can also venture to Grimsey Island, located on the Arctic Circle and home to thousands of seabirds. Surrounded by stunning fjords, snow-capped mountains, waterfalls, and lava fields, Akureyri is the perfect gateway to the breathtaking landscapes and rich culture of North Iceland.

Arrive in Isafjordur at 07.00. Depart 18.00

Isafjordur, the largest town in the Westfjords peninsula, is known for its breathtaking landscapes. Here guests can enjoy and wide variety of outdoor activities from biking and hiking to whale watching. They can explore the history of the town that started as a trading post in the 16th century with growth triggered in the 19th century by salt fish production which is still the most important industry for the town.

For your comfort and convenience, guests who have not completed Online Check-In should arrive at the cruise terminal no later than two hours before the scheduled embarkation time shown on their cruise documents. Guests who have completed Online Check-In should arrive no later than one hour before embarkation.

Many cruise lines operate a daily gratuity or service charge programme to recognise the service provided by onboard crew throughout your voyage. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in your holiday price and will be added to your onboard account by the cruise line.

Charges vary by cruise line and cabin type and are subject to change. Any applicable gratuities will be payable directly to the cruise line during your cruise. Additional service charges may also be applied to selected onboard purchases, such as drinks packages, speciality restaurants and spa services.

Your cruise fare includes all port fees, meals, and onboard entertainment as standard. Classic Drinks Package / Wi-fi per passenger is also included as part of your package.

The Classic Drinks Package includes premium coffees and teas, bottled water as well as a wide selection of beers, spirits, cocktails, liqueurs, frozen drinks, and wines by the glass. Wines purchased by the bottle are discounted by 15%. Basic Wi-fi access for all guests.

British citizens do not require a Visa to enter Iceland. 

Passports must be valid for the length of stay, with no additional period of validity required. Please refer to the FCDO website for more information.

There are no mandatory vaccinations required to enter Iceland. However, we recommend consulting your GP or a travel health clinic before you travel to ensure your routine vaccinations are up to date and to receive any personalised health advice.
