Burj Khalifa
Of course this is first on our list.
When it comes to iconic landmarks, Dubai has its fair share but no trip to Dubai is not complete without paying the Burj Khalifa a visit. Standing as the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa has drawn people in from all over the world and is a truly breathtaking sight. During your visit to this magnificent building you will have the opportunity to experience new heights in The Lounge or dine at a high altitude in At.mosphere - both offering incredible views and experiences.
The Dubai Fountain
Located at the base of Burj Khalifa is one of the world's largest choreographed fountain displays in the world. Here you’ll witness powerful jet streams soar as high as 150m in the air and move in perfect synchrony in time to music. It’s best seen in the evenings, when the fountain is lit up beautifully. What’s perfect about it is that the displays happen every 30 minutes, so you don’t need to overly plan this spot, just make sure you get there before 11pm as that’s when they stop.
Souks
There are multiple souks in and around Dubai, from traditional ones, to one's selling gold, perfume, spices and textiles. So, depending on what you’re looking for, make sure to research the type you want to visit, or go visit them all - they are so vibrant and make for a time to be remembered.
Palm Jumeirah
This iconic, man-made island is famous for its luxury resorts, fabulous dining locations and scenic promenade. This area of Dubai has a lot to offer in terms of entertainment. A popular option for seeing Palm Jumeirah in all its glory is to sail around the island by yacht or speedboat, alternatively, if you are more of a thrillseeker you can experience the view from above and skydive!
Dubai Creek
The Dubai Creek is home to a multitude of things to do to suit all types of people and desires. During your time at Dubai Creek, a must on your itinerary is a signature arba ride along the creek. By riding on one of these traditional boats, you will be able to experience the creek from the water allowing you to witness its beauty from a unique perspective.
Dubai Creek is also a hot spot for foodies! This destination is home to a plethora of cuisines to suit whatever you fancy, whether it's gelato or middle-eastern mezze, Dubai Creek has it all. The Dubai desert
There are many wonders to explore within the Dubai Desert that make the desert safari well worth a trip. There are so many options of desert safari tours to choose from, there is guaranteed to be one that suits your price range - but always ask around to find the price that’s right for you.

As the world's largest shopping mall, Dubai Mall has a long list of shopping, entertainment and leisure activities to keep you occupied. Boasting over 1200 stores, there is something here for everyone. Despite some assumptions, shopping is not the only thing you can do here, Dubai Mall is home to the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo and the olympic sized Dubai Ice Rink. Whether you fancy your chances as a figure skater, or want to experience the sea life Dubai Mall has to offer, this is the place for you.
Kite Beach
Are you a sun-seeker, foodie or sports enthusiast? Yes? Then Kite Beach is for you! Known as one of Dubai’s most popular beaches, Kite Beach is home to perfect sun-soaking conditions, lots of food spots to choose from and many different water-sport activities that are guaranteed to take your fancy.
Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood
Step back in time and visit the Al Fahidi Historical District, it’s a great way to learn about the history and culture of Dubai. This neighbourhood features Dubai’s original infrastructure which is incredible to witness in person. The Al Fahidi District is home to traditional wind towers, and allows you to see what Dubai was like before the seven emirates. The best time to visit is during the winter season (November–March) when the weather is mild, making it ideal for exploring the neighbourhood on foot.
