What to expect when touring South Africa

Wildlife Encounters

The Kruger National Park is the most famous national park in South Africa and is the largest wildlife sanctuary, offering one of the best wildlife experiences. The biodiversity is one of its kind in the world. The park is home to 147 mammal species including the "Big Five" (leopard, lion, rhino, elephant, buffalo), as well as approximately 507 bird species, 114 reptile species, 49 species of fish and 34 amphibian species.

Village Culture

South Africa’s village culture is rooted in a deep sense of community, where daily life unfolds through shared traditions, storytelling, and collective responsibility. Mud-brick homes and colorful beadwork reflect both heritage and creativity, while elders pass down history through song, dance, and oral wisdom. Ceremonies, cattle herding, and communal meals bring people together, reinforcing bonds of respect and belonging. Calm, resilient, and rich in tradition, village life offers a powerful connection to the land and to generations past.

Ancient Art

Swazi candles are vibrant works of art, hand-poured and hand-shaped by skilled artisans who transform molten wax into swirling patterns and bold colors. As they cool, the candles take on intricate designs that feel both playful and elegant, each one uniquely crafted. When lit, they glow warmly, revealing hidden layers of color and filling a space with a sense of African creativity and tradition. More than decoration, Swazi candles are a celebration of craftsmanship and cultural expression
