We constantly monitor our prices against our competitors and whilst we always do our best to ensure all our prices are the best they can be, with the huge amount of holidays we offer from such a wide array of suppliers & operators, it's inevitable that some holidays may be slightly cheaper somewhere else.
If you do find a holiday cheaper with anyone else, please call us and our expert team will do their best to match or beat your price.
We want you to feel confident when booking with us that your money is protected. To that end we are fully ATOL bonded and as members of ABTA, we are bound by their code of conduct.
As a Co-operative we are also commited to an ethical approach to business.
As we offer holidays from such a wide range of suppliers and tour operators, it is impossible to specify every type of booking and the level of protection that applies. Generally speaking, if you book any travel arrangements with us that include a flight departing the UK to an overseas destination, your holiday will be protected under ATOL, but if you are unsure as to the level of cover that would apply to you, please see our full terms and condtions, or call and speak to one of our advisors who will be able to tell you exactly what level of protection apples to your booking.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to book your next holiday, so we've introduced our flexible interest free payment options, which give you the opportunity (on applicable bookings) to pay a small deposit to secure your booking and then pay the balance of your holiday cost in regular interest free installments. Payment plans will be offered online on applicable bookings or you can call our expert travel team and they will be able to set up your plan over the telephone.
Payment plans are available on qualifying Flight + Hotel and Hotel only bookings.
Payment plans will be offered on qualifying bookings made a minimum of 18 weeks prior to departure.
We may also at times run special promotional low deposits in conjunction with a payment plan.

Payment Plan Terms
Where a payment plan is offered, after payment of the full deposit, we will attempt to take the remaining balance of your holiday cost in scheduled instalments with the final payment being taken on the date specified in your Booking Confirmation before your departure.
We will attempt to take all payments automatically from the same credit/debit card used to pay the initial deposit. If you need to arrange for the remainder of the instalments to be collected from a different card, please notify us via telephone on 01922 277212 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org at least five working days before the due date to avoid payment being collected from the original card.
Although we will attempt to take payments automatically where possible, it remains your responsibility to ensure all payments are received by us and the full balance is paid by the date specified in your Booking Confirmation, in line with the Terms & Conditions of the Principal/Tour Operator with whom you have a contract.
You can make additional payments at any time by logging in to manage your booking by clicking here (please have your booking reference to hand as you will need it to log in) any payments you make will reduce the amount of any outstanding instalments in your payment plan. You can also make payments at any time by calling us on 01922 277212 and quoting your booking reference.
Payment options are subject to availability and we reserve the right to end any such offers at any time without prior notice or explanation.
Where you are offered the options to pay a 'Low Deposit', the deposit amount specified forms a part of the 'Standard Deposit' required for the suppliers of the arrangements in your booking. We will attempt to collect the outstanding deposit amount from the same debit/credit card used to pay the initial low deposit and you will be informed of the due date for this payment before confirming your booking. Should you cancel your holiday before the due date of the outstanding deposit, you will still remain liable for the full deposit amount (low deposit + outstanding deposit amount) plus any additional cancellation charges imposed by the applicable supplier(s) and our administration charges.
