One of seven imaginatively themed Disneyland Paris hotels, located within the resort itself, Hotel Cheyenne is created as an authentic old Western town – in archetypal cowboy movie fashion. If you love the Westerns of the 1940s, you’ll love Disney breaks at the Hotel Cheyenne - from the 'Rio Grande' river flowing across the Disney plains, to the movie-set facades of the buildings.
Rather than a central hotel complex, the Hotel Cheyenne is laid out like a typical Western town with services and accommodation in blocks like those on a Hollywood film set. As well as the Billy the Kid and Annie Oakley accommodation blocks, there’s even a saloon and jail. Across the river, you can see Disney's Hotel Santa Fe, the “spaghetti western” equivalent.
If you want a fun-packed break with the kids, Disneyland Paris deals at the Hotel Cheyenne come with numerous quirky, western-inspired touches - from the horseshoe on the door to the cowboy boot-shaped lamps and pine bunk beds. Outside, the town is attractively encircled by pine trees with a “Fort Apache” play area complete with tepees. Pony rides and mechanical buffaloes add to the adventure. There’s also a “Little Sheriff's" toddlers corner and Nevada video games arcade.
In the Chuck Wagon buffet restaurant, you can chow down on ribs and other western-themed dishes and, when the day is over, you can enjoy country and western music at the Red Garter Saloon.
If you’re looking for Disneyland deals that really do take you to Frontierland, we at Coop Travel recommend Disney's Hotel Cheyenne.
The hotel is approximately a 20-minute walk from the Disney Parks, or a few minutes by free shuttle.
