We are a proud ABTA member and their motto is “Travel with Confidence”. We want you to enjoy your holiday and stay safe so in this section you will find some information, links and practical advice to help.
We advise all customers to review the advice from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office before booking their holiday, and then to continue to review the advice for any changes before you travel as there may be updates which you need to be aware of.
The advice is created using lots of intelligence and offers British nationals advice so that you can make your own informed decision about travel to foreign countries. There are many aspects to the advice and we will never offer an opinion on whether you should travel or not. You have to make that decision for yourself. We will however give you the tools to make an informed decision.
In the event that the Foreign Office identifies a threat which leads them advise against travel the terms and conditions that apply to a holiday will often provide options including changes and refunds, every travel company is different so the specific terms that apply to your booking need to be checked out.
