We are very pleased with the way Sally has sorted out our big holiday to China with Wendy Wu after it was cancelled for this July due to covid 19 Our Hong Kong part of the trip has been rearranged to the start of our trip rather then the end of the trip as before, so we can get back in time for our friends wedding which has also been rearranged. They have kept the holiday at the same price and have even paid for an extra night for us in Hong Kong due to a date mix up by Wendy Wu ie Wendy Wu error, Sally at the cooperative didnt,t have to do this but has. Also she has always phoned us back when she is free when we have emailed her with any queries. We have found the cooperative travel agents very accommodating and they have made the whole process of deferring our holiday less stressful for us ,which means a lot with what's going on at the moment which is stressful and frustrating due to lockdown.
I hope you and your family are well and surviving through these awful times. I was pleased to hear that you had been furloughed and I hope it's not too long before you are back.
I will be sending an e-mail to the Co-op address at Tamworth and hope they use it on the Martin Lewis Money Programme as a great example of being so well protected and looked after by you and your company! There is so much that you hear about the travellers being fobbed off with vouchers and/or really struggling for refunds, etc.
We wanted a refund as we just don't know when all four of us could travel together again and we know that using a good travel agent is important and gives you that extra protection, even though you pay a bit extra. So much about using the Internet and doing it yourself but if ever there is an example of using a good travel agent and travelling with a good company (jet2), then it's our example.
We sent the e-mail, got told it would be about 28days and duly got another e-mail to say the refund was ready and rang the number to be given a full refund that hit my account just Three days after the date that we would have been returning from our cancelled holiday in Cyprus!
If there was ever any doubt that it's worth using a travel agent then this is a great example, so thank you and well done to you and thank you and well done to the Co-op travel in Tamworth and thank you and well done to Jet2.
Sufficient to say, when things are back to normal, we will be seeing you!!

Hello id just like to thank you for your quick responses and help since our holiday was cancelled to Malaga,i have now received my Refund this will help myself and brother a great deal.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent ongoing service both your company and staff are providing to your customers during this unprecedented period of time due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
I like many others in the past few weeks have had holiday's cancelled due to this Pandemic, and thus I sought assistance from Mrs Sally O'Hara as to what options I had opened to me at this moment in time. Both her demeanour and professionalism were able to calm and reassure me that everything would be ok, whilst she took me through all the various options at a pace which allowed myself not to make any rash and inappropriate decisions that I may later have regretted, especially since I had two holidays affected in this way.
I undertake several holidays each year and as yet I have not come across any other travel agency that provides the same high level of personal care and support to its customers that your members of staff offer.
I will have no hesitation in recommending my friends and family to your company and branch, so that they too will be able to take advantage of the same level of customer care and support you provide.
I have had the pleasure of booking yet another holiday with you. Today I completed another one, this time Sarah at Walsall completed all the requirements I wanted and she was able to book from us our next holiday from her home. She was SUPERB…even under these trying circumstances.
Because of the recent global devastation I have had to rethink my holiday. I thought it might be a bit of a frustrating, complicated nightmare to be honest , but I have been pleasantly surprised by a member of your staff called Katie Saunders. What an absolute gem. I told her what I would like to do and she presented my options promptly and clearly , so I could decide what was best for me. Absolutely delighted that this process was stress free, clear and simple. She has done all the background work for me and given me a perfect option for next year. An amazing asset to your customer services team, especially at this frustrating time.

Hi I just wanted you to know how fantastic Annabel has been in helping us rearrange our holiday to Florida to next summer. This is the second time we have needed her help as our original booking was with Thomas Cook. She has been amazing at keeping us informed and getting straight back to all our emails and calls.
Thank you so much for everything you all did for mum and myself to get us back from Australia. Please do not under estimate the reassurance comfort and kindness you gave us during this difficult time. We arrived home yesterday and are self-isolating for 14 days.
