Terms and Conditions
All terms and conditions relating to holidays booked through us at Coop Travel are included here, including packages bundling separate flights and hotels. We have also included our online currency terms and conditions.
The facilities on our cooptravel.co.uk website are maintained by ourselves, our tour operator partners and other service providers. This means that all holidays, discounts and flights are subject to availability, and prices may change or offers withdrawn without prior notice, although we aim for this not to happen. The prices published on our website are those provided by our tour operators, which may be their advertised minimum price. The final balance may differ from that advertised, owing to extra charges such as local taxes, in-flight meals etc. For your information, summer holidays are defined as those departing between May 1st and October 31st. At other times, winter dates apply.
All offers on the cooptravel.co.uk website apply to selected new bookings only, and cannot be used with any other promotional offer, unless stated otherwise. If paying by credit card, a 2.5% charge will be levied – this charge does not apply to debit cards.
In accordance with all Co-op Travel terms and conditions, the balance of your holiday must be paid at least 14 weeks before departure or all rights to our offers will be forfeited. It’s important to check offers like free travel insurance, early booking discounts, low deposits and so on, as certain conditions, such as a minimum spend, may apply. It’s important to read the booking conditions in the Tour Operator's brochure, as these also form part of our Coop Travel terms and conditions.
While we at Coop Travel cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information, we make every effort to ensure all details are correct at time of entry. If there is anything in our cooptravel.co.uk terms and conditions you are unsure about, please speak to one of our staff. Our phone lines are open seven days a week.
