Managing your booking
Thank you for purchasing your holiday with Co-operative Travel, your independent travel agent. We hope you are looking forward to your holiday! If you need any assistance with arranging any additional aspects of your holiday, please call us and we'll be happy to help. In the meantime, if you have an outstanding balance to pay, or need to provide API information, you'll find all the relevant details below.
From this page you can make payments towards the outstanding balance of your holiday and link through to your flight provider in order to enter your API details.

Make a Payment
Please note you must have the the following information to hand in order to make your payment:
- Lead Name
- File Reference Number (Booking reference)

PLEASE NOTE : There is no fee if you pay by debit card. A 2.5% fee will be charged for all credit card payments.
Advance Passenger Information (API)
On specific routes all airlines are required to provide details about their passengers before they travel. This is a mandatory requirement and is known as Advance Passenger Information (API). This can be done 90 days prior to departure, but it is recommended no less than 7 days prior to departure.
API refers to specific passport/ID card details and to comply with the API regulation, we will request all the following details for each passenger:
- Full name (as it appears on the passport/ID card)
- Date of birth
- Passport number/ID card
- Country where the passport/ID card was issued
- Passport/ID card expiry date
To submit your API details click on the relevant airline link below (you will need to have your airline booking reference & passports details to hand). If the airline you are travelling with is not listed or you require further assistance then email email@example.com or call 01922 277212.
Aer Lingus- https://www.aerlingus.com – click on manage my booking
API is required only for holidays and flights where the flight is operated by a Low Cost
Easyjet- www.easyjet.com - Click on Check In
As of 23 April 2013 all Easyjet passengers are required to check in online
JET2- www.jet2.com - log in to Manage Booking at the top right hand corner of the home page
