South of Malé airport are the neighbouring islands of Veligandu Huraa (Palm Tree Island) and Dhigufinolhu, connected by a causeway over a lagoon. Dhigufinolhu is the larger and louder of the two, offering a greater selection of entertainment and accommodation.
