To comply with the Data Protection Act we would like to advise you that the information you supply Co-op Travel Direct, including any sensitive information you give us, such as details of any dietary or medical needs, or any religious requirements, will be used to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly.
 
To do this we will have to share your details with tour operators, insurers and other travel suppliers as needs be. This may involve sending your details to countries that do not have an equal level of privacy legislation as the UK.
 
Your details may also be used for business analysis, improving customer service and the prevention of crime.
 
Co-op Travel Direct will never sell your details to third parties for marketing purposes. However, as we are part of the Midcounties Co-op, we may transfer information (but not any sensitive information? to other businesses owned by the Midcounties Co-op to keep you informed about their products.
 
You may opt out of receiving such marketing information via mail, telephone or fax or by advising a member of our reservations staff. If you with to receive marketing information via e-mail or SMS please advice a member of our reservations staff. By booking with us you agreeing to the use of your information as set out above, and those of any individual who form part of your booking.
